About St. Julia Catholic Church
St. Julia Parish officially came into existence in November 24, 1957 (First Sunday of Advent). We're a Catholic Church in East Austin, Texas. Our community is largely Hispanic (Mexican-American) but we welcome one & all to visit or find their place & join our family in our community events and masses happening every week in Spanish and English. We, the Catholic family of St. Julia Church, are people of faith, rich in heritage and prayer.
As a community of faith, the mission of St. Julia Parish is to proclaim the Word of God based on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We accomplish this through our eucharistic celebrations, service to others, ministries, liturgy, and religious education.
Mission & Purpose
We are committed to our faith, to serve the needs of others, to teach by example and thereby inspire the Parish family inviting everyone to serve.
St. Julia Catholic Church proclaims the values expressed in the Gospel to the multicultural community of Austin, Texas. We strive to be a Marian community that follows the example of Jesus Christ, our patroness, a model of service and faith.
